Seven Days of Beginning — one-time collection

Seven Days of Beginning is a USD 9 one-time digital purchase, with no renewal or shipping. It includes seven themed chapters, seven personal ink symbols (one saved moment per chapter), seven writing practices, a private journal and a printable collection. English, Chinese and Arabic editions are included. Begin in order and take as long as you need; unused chapters do not expire. Each new personal symbol uses one of the combined ten paid readings allowed per UTC day across River Matrix purchases and membership. Reopening, writing and printing use no additional allowance. Chapter texts are a fixed studio collection; your place, feeling and submission time shape the artwork, not a prediction or a bespoke consultation. Save your purchase to a verified email to recover it on another device. Online access depends on the service remaining available; download your collection for your own copy. No voluntary change-of-mind refunds after immediate digital delivery, subject to mandatory consumer rights and PayPal dispute procedures. 1. The experience and eligibility

River Matrix creates symbolic images and reflections inspired by Chinese traditions, using the information you choose to provide and the time of submission. A free preview shows the image and the first short passage. Paid access adds the second passage and fuller explanation. Content is for cultural exploration and personal reflection. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the transaction.

2. Plans, prices and daily limits

For new purchases, One Moment costs US$1 for one reading's full content. One Month costs US$18 per monthly billing period. One Year costs US$168 per annual billing period. Existing purchases retain the price and terms accepted in their saved contract record. Membership includes full readings and a weekly members' cultural column; optional email reminders require your separate choice. The first annual purchase includes one personalized tea set; subsequent renewals continue digital membership. Shipping is charged separately and must be confirmed before purchase, together with the terms described below.

A combined maximum of 10 paid readings or unlocks per UTC calendar day applies across single purchases and membership. Limits do not increase by mixing plans. Viewing an already unlocked reading does not use another daily allowance. Before payment, the order must identify the price in USD, any applicable tax or additional charge, and the billing frequency. Do not proceed if a required cost remains unclear.

3. Payment and recurring billing

Payment is processed through PayPal when enabled and supported for your transaction. We do not receive your full card credentials. A payment-page return or screenshot alone does not establish paid access: payment must be confirmed by the payment service and our server. Never send passwords, card details or security codes to customer support.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew at the disclosed US$18 monthly or US$168 annual price until cancelled, unless the order expressly says otherwise. The checkout must clearly identify recurring billing before authorization. Cancel future renewal through the site's cancellation route or PayPal's applicable subscription controls. A cancellation request recorded on this site is not itself confirmation that PayPal has stopped billing; verify the resulting subscription status and contact support if it remains active.

4. Immediate content, withdrawal and refunds

Where local law provides a cooling-off right for digital content, an exception may apply to an individual reading supplied immediately only after the required express consent and acknowledgment have been obtained. We will not treat a general acceptance of these terms as automatically removing all withdrawal rights. Any relevant consent must be explained before supply and included in a confirmation you can retain.

Membership involves ongoing performance. Opening one reading does not automatically waive rights concerning all future services or an associated physical item. Where applicable law allows withdrawal after you request an early start to a service, only a lawful, proportionate amount for performance already supplied may be payable. We do not offer additional discretionary refunds, but mandatory rights for withdrawal, non-delivery, defects or misdescription remain protected.

Use the separate Withdrawal / Refund and Cancel Subscription routes, or email yuanqitmas@gmail.com, identifying the order and requested outcome. These routes record requests for review; they do not promise automatic refunds. Keep the submission record. Requests are checked manually against payment, delivery and applicable rights. The effect and timeliness of a declaration that meets applicable legal requirements do not depend on completion of our review. We preserve its original submission time. Stopping renewal and withdrawing from a contract are different actions.

Withdrawal periods differ by place and type of supply. Eligible EU and UK consumers generally have 14 days for distance contracts, subject to the digital-content and service rules above; certain failures to give required information can extend that period. South Korea generally provides seven days, with specific conditions and digital-content exceptions. Japanese mail-order purchases have no general cooling-off right; disclosed terms and mandatory rules still apply. If you are unsure, submit your notice promptly and describe when you ordered and received access. This summary does not narrow a longer or different right that applies to you.

5. Annual tea set

Annual sales remain unavailable until we can disclose and agree a workable production and delivery timetable, eligible destinations, the set's specifications, and shipping charges or their calculation before payment. The customer requests and accepts a versioned delivery quote before checkout. The quote is saved with the purchase contract. Its exact shipping amount is collected through a separate PayPal invoice before dispatch, without extra automatic debits. Worldwide delivery is an aim, not an unconditional promise. Customs restrictions and any applicable import costs must be addressed before accepting the order.

Personalization details are confirmed with you before production. A made-to-specification exception may limit change-of-mind returns only where the relevant legal conditions are satisfied; it does not remove remedies for defects, an incorrect item or failure to deliver. An included gift remains part of the promised package.

6. Records, complaints and changes

Keep your order confirmation and a copy of the terms accepted. Raise access, billing or delivery problems at yuanqitmas@gmail.com; include an order reference, not payment secrets. Changes to these terms apply prospectively. We will disclose material changes affecting an existing subscription before they take effect and preserve any notice, consent, cancellation or refund rights required by law. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections.
