Information you provide

A reading records your chosen country or region, place, time zone, weather, temperature, mood, mood intensity, cultural approach and submission time. We store these inputs with the artwork, interpretation and a guest or account identifier so that the requested reading can be delivered and retrieved.

Email sign-in stores your email, verification status and protected authentication records. Membership preferences include language, mood and your separate email-reminder choice. Enquiries include your email, message, reference and handling status. Please do not submit medical records, identity documents, payment credentials or another person's private information.

A tea consultation requests birth month and year, preferred colour and delivery country or city; gender, occupation and a note are optional. Detailed shipping information is arranged separately when needed. We do not need a child's information for this benefit.

Why we use it

We use necessary information to provide readings, authenticate accounts, deliver purchases, manage renewals and allowances, answer enquiries and arrange agreed tea-set fulfilment. Where the GDPR applies, these activities rely on the requested contract or steps before a contract, as appropriate. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interests where that basis is available; required statutory records rely on applicable legal obligations.

Optional cultural email reminders use your separate opt-in, not your payment or sign-in alone. Mood and cultural selections guide creative material; they are not medical assessments or evidence of religious belief. We do not use them for credit, employment or personalised pricing decisions.

Device, location and security

The application receives network information, including an IP address, to deliver requests and limit abuse. Its abuse counters use hashed identifiers; hosting providers may also process security and service logs. Optional device coordinates are used only in your browser for daylight calculations and are not sent to the studio. Your manually selected place is different: it is saved with a reading. Service providers and overseas processing

OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure provide hosting and storage. Resend handles email addresses, message contents and delivery information; its published documentation states that customer email data is stored in the United States. PayPal handles payments under its own privacy terms. We retain payment references, status, entitlement records and a hashed payer identifier for allowance checks, rather than collecting card numbers or PayPal passwords. Customer correspondence sent to our Gmail address is also processed by Google.

These services can involve processing outside your country. We have not verified every hosting location or provider retention setting and do not promise local-only storage. Ask us about the applicable recipients and transfer arrangements. This notice does not replace any separate consent, assessment or transfer safeguard required by law. Any maker or carrier receiving necessary delivery details must be identified when arrangements are made.

Your sharing choices

Local downloads do not publish a reading. Creating a public share link makes the artwork and first quotation accessible to anyone holding that link; it excludes your place, mood and paid explanation. You can revoke the website link. Copies already downloaded, forwarded or posted elsewhere may remain. Social apps receive material only when you choose to share or open their service.

How long information remains

Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and account or guest cookies normally last 30 days. These limits do not delete reading or transaction records. Expired authentication records are cleaned in batches during later requests. Other records remain subject to review for delivery, account access, unresolved support, disputes and applicable recordkeeping requirements. There is no automatic deletion deadline for all customer records; contact us for a retention explanation or deletion request.

Choices, rights and children

Use yuanqitmas@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy, or to object, restrict processing or withdraw consent where applicable. We may verify your connection to the records and explain lawful retention exceptions. We respond within applicable legal deadlines; you may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.

Turn off cultural reminders in member preferences or use the unsubscribe link in a reminder email without signing in. This does not cancel membership or stop requested login messages. The service is for adults aged 18 or over. Report a child's submitted information to the same contact so we can investigate and handle removal appropriately.
